Workshop Services
Each programme is scoped clearly before any work begins. Pricing is stated upfront on the job card.
Battery replacement with gasket renewal, circuit and coil resistance checks, contact cleaning and module exchange where a board has failed. Scope: 3–5 working days.
Column wheel or cam-lever chronograph service covering pusher rebuild, clutch and hammer adjustment, cleaning, lubrication and reset alignment. Scope: 14–18 working days.
Yearly agreement for owners of several mechanical pieces. Condition inspection of up to eight watches, rotation advice, gasket renewal on two pieces, and scheduled full services. Scope: 12 months, two workshop visits.

Every service produces a written job card. Measurements, parts replaced, and test results are recorded and available to the owner on collection.
A condition review is carried out before any parts are touched. Owners receive a scope statement with pricing before the repair proceeds.
Each programme comes with a stated working-day window. If something changes the schedule, the owner is contacted before the deadline passes.
Johor Bahru's coastal humidity affects gaskets and lubricants differently than temperate climates. Storage and winding box guidance is adapted accordingly.
Quartz and mechanical calibres follow different service paths. The programme applied to a watch matches the calibre type and known wear patterns.
Cases, crystals, and bracelets are handled separately from movement work. Watches are tracked by individual reference through every bench stage.

You do not need to diagnose anything before visiting. Bring the watch in and we carry out a no-charge condition assessment, then describe what we find and which programme applies before any work begins.
The programme covers battery replacement with a fresh gasket, current draw measurement recorded on the job card, coil and contact cleaning, insulator replacement if needed, and a written note on the recommended next interval. Crown seal and pusher seals are also inspected.
Yes. Stiff pushers are addressed in the Chronograph Mechanism Service. The pusher assembly is stripped, cleaned, resealed, and reassembled with correct lubrication. The reset function and all subdial counters are tested across 200 cycles before the watch leaves the bench.
The Collection Care Agreement is designed for this situation. We inspect up to eight pieces, document their condition in a written inventory with photographs, and build a service calendar so no watch waits longer than advisable between visits.
The Chronograph Mechanism Service scope is 14 to 18 working days. If the movement requires a part that is not held in stock, we notify you before ordering and update the timeline accordingly.
Coastal conditions accelerate gasket degradation and can affect lubricant viscosity over time. We include humidity and storage notes with collection care clients, and can advise on appropriate winding box conditions and gasket renewal intervals for the local environment.
Prices shown are the programme rates. If the assessment uncovers something outside normal scope — for example, a damaged dial or broken stem — we describe the additional work and cost separately before proceeding. Nothing is added to a bill without the owner's agreement.
